Moussavi’s wife fashions progressive future

Fatemeh could not believe her eyes when Mir-Hossein Moussavi took to the campaign trail ahead of Friday’s presidential election.

The moderate candidate is a dour 68-year-old with something of a charisma deficit. But his wife, Zahra Rahnavard, a university professor and celebrated artist and writer, not to mention a mother of three, has shown plenty of spark on the campaign trail.
