Citi reshuffle to usher in more turmoil

Citigroup was once known as a training ground for bankers who aspired to leading roles in finance and government. But in recent years, the company has been more of a cemetery for the once-promising careers of industry executives.

Ned Kelly and Gary Crittenden, two former chief financial officers and erstwhile candidates for the top job, were on Thursday added to a list of rising stars who have left Citi or moved to less important posts within the financial group.
