Robin Geffen is not one to make a drama out of a crisis, even if he is a keen student of the Elizabethan and Jacobean stage.

Admittedly Neptune Investment Management, his seven-year-old creation, was not immune to the tempest that swept through the industry last year. But, measure for measure, Neptune fared far better than most of its peers, and as the storms ease it’s a case of all's well that ends well.
