A dragonfly landed on a boy’s hand, causing a flurry of excitement from two nearby Dutch tourists. When it whirred off to land on a nearby tuft of grass, the Dutch couple crawled closer on their hands and knees, cameras at the ready.
“That’s a really rare one. That’s the kind of thing that makes us come up to Biebrza every year,” said the Dutchman after the dragonfly had gone.
