Jury begins deliberations in Black trial

Jurors in the criminal fraud trial of Conrad Black ended their first few hours of deliberations on Wednesday without reaching a verdict.

The presiding judge, Amy St Eve, read the mostly female jury 77 pages of final instructions on the charges and the law that they must consider before retiring to reach their verdicts on four separate defendants in the case.
