SFO to charge nine executives

The Serious Fraud Office has told nine executives they will be charged with a multi-million pound price-fixing conspiracy against the National Health Service next week.

The move paves the way for one of the largest fraud investigations of recent years to come to trial. It will also be the largest cartel case pursued through the courts by the agency.
