Spain and Finland to open doors

Spain and Finland are to open their doors to migrant workers from new EU member states in eastern Europe from May 1 but barriers in big countries will remain. So far only Britain, Ireland and Sweden have fully opened their labour markets to workers from eight former communist bloc countries. Chris Smyth, Brussels
