COMPANIES Altium Capital has held tentative discussions with overseas investors potentially interested in buying all or part of one of London’s few remaining privately-owned stockbrokers.
People familiar with the matter said Seymour Pierce, which has more Aim-listed clients than any other UK broker, is also among those in the sector to have held meetings with foreign investors.
