Government’s Katrina preparations ‘were all wrong’

The Bush administration’s Hurricane Katrina preparations “were all wrong,” the White House's top homeland security adviser said on Friday.

Frances Townsend, assistant to the president for homeland security and counter-terrorism, said that blame would likely be widely shared for the weak government’s weak.
