Climate change deal tops Blair's agenda

Tony Blair will portray this week's G8 summit as a "turning point" on climate change, even if the talks fail to produce the concrete agreement Britain wants, government officials said on Tuesday.

The prime minister flies out to Heilingendamm on Wednesday with less than a month left of his premiership, intent on ensuring that his 10th G8 summit forms a positive part of his legacy.
