Yahoo follows Google to Dublin

Yahoo, the US internet search company, has followed Google, its larger rival, in setting up its European operations headquarters in Dublin. Both companies are attracted by Ireland's low corporate tax rate of 12.5 per cent, the good telecommunications infrastructure and the availability of data centres, which will be used to house the large computers that drive the search engines.
