Leading companies faulted on ethics training

Many leading companies are failing to train their workforce in ethical behaviour despite growing awareness of the need for strict codes of business conduct, a report will reveal today.

The survey of companies with ethics codes found half did not provide training for all staff in how to apply them, even though 60 per cent required employees to obey the codes as part of their contracts.
