The winner of this year’s 50 Best Workplaces in Europe competition for small organisations (with 50-500 employees) is Reaktor Innovations, a privately-owned software and technology consulting company based in Helsinki, Finland.
A first-time participant in the Best Workplaces competition, Reaktor received a score of 96 per cent across the Great Place to Work Trust Index, the survey instrument used to measure workplace satisfaction. The company also received high scores in the independent evaluation of the workplace practices of approximately 1,250 companies located in 15 countries across Europe.
