PwC faces disciplinary action

PwC and the former finance director of Mayflower are facing a disciplinary complaint over accounting irregularities that led to the collapse of the bus maker in 2004.

The Accountancy Investigation and Discipline Board, an independent industry regulator, filed the complaint following an investigation launched last July into Mayflower's audits and the conduct of David Donnelly, the company's former finance director.
