By most standards, Leonardo de Carvalho had quite an array of experiences before he embarked on his masters in financial management at Rotterdam School of Management in 2005.

A Portuguese national who was born in Brazil, he grew up in the US and went to high school in Australia before returning to the US to do a BA in economics at Florida International University.
