Lloyds Banking Group chairman Sir Win Bischoff will need to find another board replacement as Sir David Manning , a former foreign policy adviser to Tony Blair and ambassador to Washington, resigns after a year and a half in the role. He follows GMG chief Carolyn McCall and United Utilities boss Philip Green , who left in September just after Sir Win's arrival at Lloyds.
