Pakistan offers India help over blasts

General Pervez Musharraf, Pakistan?s president, Monday night called Manmohan Singh, Indian prime minister, to offer his country?s full co-operation in investigating the weekend bomb blasts in New Delhi, a Pakistani minister said.

?The president conveyed our deepest anguish and sorrow over this tragedy. We have offered our co-operation in any way that we can to support further investigations,? said the minister.
