D Börse unveils hybrid fee plan for XIM

Deutsche Börse on Thursday became the latest equities platform to target “high-frequency” trading as it laid out tariffs for its planned pan-European equities platform, which it said would be cheaper than Chi-X Europe.

However, the tariff structure includes a low fee for non-high-frequency traders, in a sign that the Frankfurt-based operator is trying not to alienate one type of market participant even as it rewards others.
