Kamal Kharrazi, Iran's foreign minister, yesterday said Tehran was determined to pursue nuclear enrichment technology.

Responding to US criticism of Iran at the non-proliferation treaty review conference in New York, he attacked double standards and said states with nuclear weapons had not lived up to their side of the non-proliferation bargain.
