Britain seeks right balance for funding

"Five years ago, we didn't exist," says Henry Pitman, chief executive of Tribal, a British professionalservices company.

Today, his company employs more than 2,000 people and has an annual turnover of £230m (€337m, $435m) - almost all of which comes from the government, on whose behalf Tribal delivers public services ranging from non-emergency clinical operations to recruitment.
