SpinVox, the technology company that converts voicemail into text messages, is under fire after a dossier alleging financial mismanagement at the company was circulated among its shareholders.

The company has asked advisers at Deloitte, the accountants, and Jones Day, the solicitors, to investigate the accusations that were sent to shareholders anonymously. It has also hired Brunswick, the public relations company, to help manage the assault on the company’s image.
