Looks like Hillary Clinton is reluctant to commit herself too far on policies, even when safely on home ground. Appearing on the final day of the Clinton Global Initiative at a panel on “women and the power of economic opportunity”, she opted against any grand statements through the elegant device of being moderator rather than a speaker.
