Blackstone is expected to buy 10 theme parks from Anheuser-Busch InBev, the world’s largest brewing group, in a $3bn deal that is probably to be struck on Monday, according to sources familiar with the matter.

AB InBev has been expected to sell Busch Entertainment, which owns theme parks including Sea World Orlando, Sesame Place and Busch Gardens, since last year’s $52bn takeover of Anheuser-Busch by InBev.
