ABN Amro takeover battle A Royal Bank of Scotland-led consortium said it has eceived Dutch Finance Ministry approval on Monday for its bid to take over Dutch bank ABN Amro.
”This is an important step towards the completion of the Banks’ offer for ABN Amro,” the consortium said.
