Hillary Clinton will visit Florida on Tuesday night in the expectation that she will come out as the winner in the state’s otherwise redundant Democratic primary.

Unlike the Republicans, who have permitted half the state’s delegates to attend the party’s presidential nominating convention later this year, the Democratic party has struck off all of Florida’s delegates.
