Ofcom threw the spotlight at the UK mobile phone industry on Thursday, telling the country’s operators they had too many unsatisfied customers and too little coverage.

The UK telecoms regulator said that mobile phones were the second highest complained-about product in the economy, with 1.4m unsatisfied customers.
