Security alert at Indian airports

India declared a security alert at three major airports on Thursday fearing a second strike by the group that attacked Mumbai last week.

Delhi, Bangalore and Chennai airports were all put on alert after an e-mail threat by the Deccan Mujahideen, the previously unknown group that claimed responsibility for the attack on India’s financial centre, killing nearly 200 people.
