Gindalbie Metals, an Australian iron ore explorer, on Monday said it had agreed to pay A$1.6bn ($1.4bn) for fellow prospector Sundance Resources.
If successful, the deal would create a A$2.4bn group with operations in Western Australia and Cameroon.
