Sir, The Henry Kissinger chair at the Library of Congress must surely be in the upper atmosphere for Raja Mohan to not see the earthy conditions in his native India. Clearly his priorities are not those of nearly all of his countrymen and women (“Put space at the heart of US-India relations”, November 23, with Karl Inderfurth).
