Thousands protest against Bush at summit

Even if George W. Bush knows next to nothing about soccer, he would have been uncomfortably reminded of the game’s popularity on Friday as Diego Maradona rallied thousands of protesters against the US president.

The legendary former Argentine star led a trainload of protesters to the city of Mar del Plata to join thousands who had converged on the coastal resort in a “say no to Bush” demonstration.
