Helphire loses referrals

Helphire, the provider of courtesy vehicles after accidents, is set to lose referral business from the AA and Saga motor insurance business that could cost it up to 11 per cent of turnover.

Helphire, which has this year installed new senior management and launched a £50m rights issue, added it was set to take a further £82m in exception charges in the full year to June.
