Xchanging to broaden client base

Back-office outsourcing group Xchanging is broadening its client roster away from its traditional financial sector base and may be making the majority of its revenues from non-financial companies, according to David Andrews, chief executive.

The acquisition of Cambridge Solutions, a large US-Indian outsourcer, earlier this year has shifted the profile of the group, he said: “With Cambridge we’ve got a more diverse customer base, we’re strengthened in the manufacturing and logistics areas.”
