Bush set to meet head of Red Cross

President George W. Bush will meet Jakob Kellenberger, head of the International Committee of the Red Cross (ICRC), today to discuss a range of humanitarian issues.

The ICRC said the White House had proposed the meeting, which comes amid mounting allegations of torture and inhumane treatment of detainees held by the US in Guantánamo Bay, Cuba.
