AT&T, the largest US telecommunications group, expects revenues to grow by a low-single-digit percentage this year, fuelled by the success of the iPhone coupled with strong growth in wireless data revenues and internet television services.
”Despite the economic environment, we grew revenues in 2008, and I expect 2009 will be another year of overall revenue growth and solid progress for our company,” said Randall Stephenson, chief executive who announced solid underlying fourth quarter results on Wednesday.
