Pfizer in tie-up with 2 Indian companies

Pfizer, the world’s largest pharmaceuticals company, on Wednesday sharply accelerated its presence in generic drugs around the world through wide-ranging licensing deals with two Indian companies.

Aurobindo will provide it with the rights to market 60 generic drugs in 70 countries, and Claris Lifesciences with a further 15 injectable medicines.
