The Crown Prosecution Service is expected to decide within days whether police involved in the fatal shooting of an innocent man in the aftermath of the London bombings should stand trial.
The CPS is awaiting a report into the shooting of Jean Charles de Menezes, a 27-year-old Brazilian, by the Independent Police Complaints Commission.
