PFB fund to exploit data centre shortage

The UK’s largest data centre is to be built near High Wycombe by a new private investor fund set up to focus on the specialist property sector.

The PFB Data Centre Fund has entered into a joint venture with European developer E-Shelter to build data centres around the UK, the first on a 50-acre site at Saunderton in Buckinghamshire.
