Rudy Tambala, head of internet and innovation at dance music company Ministry of Sound, has big ambitions. Having joined the company just over a year ago, he’s on a mission to transform the company, one of the world’s largest independent record labels, into a “digital lifestyle brand”.
He is, by his own admission, venturing into uncharted territory. “No one’s done this before. But it’s not my nature to shy away from a challenge. I’m not interested in copying anyone else.”
