Financial rewards that set courses apart from the crowd

If 2007 was the year collaborative EMBA programmes came to the fore, 2008 was the year they flexed their muscles.

Three such programmes dominate the latest global ranking: the Columbia and London Business School collaboration heads the table of 95, followed by the Kellogg/Hong Kong UST programme at number two.
