Representatives of the two largest shareholders in SCi Entertainment have been appointed to the board, following their support for a discounted share offer.

Thorson and Warner Bros Entertainment backed the offering in April, which raised £60m ($116.8m) for the UK’s biggest independent computer games publisher.
