£400m sale of Cutlers Gardens considered

Cutlers Gardens, a campus of 12 office blocks in the City of London, is facing a possible sale that could fetch up to £400m for its owners.

If the 600,000 sq ft estate is sold it could be one of the biggest single deals ever seen in the City, eclipsed only by this year's sale of One Plantation Place and Citypoint, each at about £500m.
