Polish PM fails to deliver promised reforms

Nine months after winning power with promises to build new highways, privatise state-owned companies, reform healthcare and slash red tape, Poland's prime minister has yet to deliver results.

Unfortunately for Donald Tusk, privatisation is taking longer than expected, and his government has suffered several embarrassing parliamentary defeats over its reform plans.
