WH Ireland suspends senior executives

Lossmaking stockbroker WH Ireland faced further trouble as it suspended two senior executives amid a boardroom rebellion.

Laurie Beevers, deputy chairman, and David Youngman, group managing director, were suspended Friday after clashing with colleagues brought in by a consortium led by Rupert Lowe, the ex-Southampton FC chairman.
