In-house training can build on cross-border learning

It has always been the case that a good lawyer needs not only to know the law but also how to apply it to find commercial solutions for the client.

That means putting yourself in the client’s shoes, understanding their business drivers and, in the context of global business, being able to manage projects and apply the law across jurisdictions.
