Consumers are savvy about organic food

Organic food enthusiasts are not, in my experience, the most sensitive to criticism. Homeopaths and their patients are. But there is no need for either group to get cross – certainly not with me. I am happy to pay for whatever works.

If I thought a homeopathic remedy could cure the persistent ache in my foot, I would swallow one today, but all my reading tells me that it would not. (Yes, dear homeopathy enthusiast, I know it cured your foot, but that is because homeopathic remedies are, as far as we can tell, placebos, which work only if you think they do, which I do not.)
