CPIs stringing along the bonds

For the past few weeks, something troubling has been going on in government bond markets.

Bond investors in the US, eurozone and the UK have engaged in a selling spree that at the end of last week had left Bund yields at multi-year highs and Treasury yields at levels not seen since before global asset markets floundered in late February.
