Ferrovial shrugs off BAA crisis claims

Ferrovial, the Spanish infrastructure group, received some good news this week when union leaders called off the first of three strikes at UK airports operator BAA. Talks over a new pension plan for BAA workers are set to continue.

But Ferrovial has had a rough ride since it and two financial partners paid £10.3bn ($20.4bn, €14bn) for BAA 18 months ago.
