Regus latest to leave UK for tax reasons

Regus, the serviced offices group, became the third FTSE 250 company in as many days to announce it was shifting its headquarters out of the UK.

The company, which on Friday reported a 39 per cent rise in interim pre-tax profits and a shake-up of its board, said it was creating a new UK-listed, Jersey incorporated holding company with a head office and tax residency in Luxembourg.
