Teenage talent wasted by ageism at work

Age discrimination against teenagers is an even bigger problem than discrimination against 50-years-olds, according to a study commissioned by some of the country's biggest employers.

The study by the Employers Forum on Age warned that companies were wasting the talents of workers by judging their progress on how old they were rather than their contribution to the business.
