North Korean leader's Seoul brother preaches unity

As he stood outside his business card printing shop in Seoul, passers-by stopped to take photos on their mobile phones of the rotund Korean man with the black bouffant hair, TV-screen sunglasses and olive-green suit.

A local council candidate for the left-leaning Uri party wound down his car window to yell hello, while the man going into the neighbouring bakery did a double-take and chuckled.
